Doors for Jamaican homes & projects

Customer care

Delivery information

Every delivery is quoted for your address. You’ll always see and agree the delivery charge before you pay.

How delivery charges are worked out

Doors are large and heavy, so there’s no single delivery price. Your delivery charge depends on:

  • your parish and exact location;
  • the size, weight and number of doors;
  • where our supplier is sending the doors from, and their availability;
  • access at your property — for example steep driveways, narrow roads, stairs or upper floors.

How to get a delivery price

  • On any door page, choose your size and use Get a delivery quote, or
  • add doors to your cart and Submit Order Request with your delivery address.

We confirm availability with our supplier and send you a quotation showing the doors, delivery and any other charges as one total. Nothing is charged until you accept it. If a quotation expires, delivery may need to be re-quoted.

Delivery times and coverage

Delivery dates depend on supplier availability and your location, so we confirm a date with you after your order is accepted and paid. We aim to serve customers across Jamaica, but we’ll tell you in your quotation if we can’t deliver to your area.

Preparing for delivery

  • Make sure someone aged 18 or over can receive the doors.
  • Tell us about access issues (gates, stairs, parking, steep or unpaved roads) when you request your quote.
  • Have a clean, dry place ready to store the doors flat until they’re fitted.

Checking your doors on arrival

Please inspect your doors when they arrive, before signing for them if possible:

  • check the number of doors, sizes and finish against your quotation;
  • look for visible damage such as cracks, dents, chipped edges or water marks;
  • take clear photos of any damage and of the packaging.

Report any visible damage or wrong items to us as soon as possible — ideally the same day — through our contact form, quoting your order reference. Reporting quickly helps us resolve it with the supplier or carrier. See Returns & Refunds for what happens next. This does not affect your statutory rights.
